SofiiaFive questions, one note, a friend with opinions.

Bill and Terms

The legal part, as brief as a receipt. Taking a seat means you accept it.

Who may sit

A chair here needs an occupant who has turned 18 and counts as an adult at home. The account is yours to answer for, and the password is yours to guard.

What the cafe is

Entertainment only: a chat in which software gives voice to imaginary women. What Sofiia or a friend says about the world is not a fact and does not count as counsel, and an introduction is fiction rather than an arrangement. Characters get things wrong, and a matchmaker does so now and then on purpose.

The bill and payment

Plus is purchased in USDT beforehand and runs a fixed span of days; nothing rolls it over unprompted. A bill that has been paid stays paid, and there is no refund of it except where law requires one. A mismatched sum, or the wrong route, and the coins can vanish for good, and winning them back is beyond us.

House bans

Respect the cafe manners and the law, and do not attack the site, harvest its text, sell access to it or coax the chat past its limits. Any of that can have an account put on hold or closed.

Your words

The lines you write stay yours. You allow the cafe to hold and process them so that tables run safely, and automated checks measure each message against the rules.

Changes and closing time

Any corner of the cafe can change, pause or close, and friends can come and go. Whatever changes what you receive is pencilled into her notes first. The cafe serves the site as it stands, with the warranty law forces and none extra, and whatever we might owe is capped by your payments across the last 30 days, so far as a cap is lawful.
